Wiraya is one of Sweden’s fastest growing marketing tech SaaS companies and we are looking to add new talent to our Customer Success team. During 2018, we have delivered monetary value towards our clients very successfully. In order to stay ahead and on top of increasing client expectations, we are looking for a client centric, enthusiastic & driven Senior Customer Success Manager, for our iGaming clients, that can take us to the next level.

If you want to make a real impact on our fast-moving journey ahead, this position will be at the core of our growth during 2019.

The Role:

  • You own the relationship with our subscription clients where you ensure satisfaction and value.
  • You develop engagement by identifying opportunities where our services create value & ROI for your clients.
  • You will be measured on ratios such as Net Churn and Gross Churn, with the ultimate goal to have negative churn.
  • You place great importance on establishing a role as a Strategic Advisor for our clients where the goal is to help them with their business development through the use of our services.
  • You are data driven and take lead on measuring, defining and tracking targets & deliverables for our client’s success.
  • You are helping clients create extraordinary satisfaction by managing expectations by clearly defined goals, both internally and externally.
  • You work closely with our Product team in order to improve our product, based on customer feedback.
  • You are also responsible for developing and maintaining strategies on how best to present and demonstrate the value we create for our customers.
  • You are part of an exciting team that is responsible for the company's most important asset, our clients.

Skills & Requirements

  • You are a typical A player who deliver as expected and can grow with the role in line with our growth and global expansion.

  • You have relevant industry experience from the iGaming sector, and have preferably worked with Customer Success or Sales before.

  • You possess a combination of great social skills, solution focus and a profound understanding of processes.

  • You see yourself as structured and efficient. You deliver on time according to challenging expectations.

  • You have experience in strategically developing customers to showcase Best Practices and value.

  • You have experience of managing complex projects involving multiple parties, which initially may have unclear defined goals and targets.

  • You are great at building long-term relationships, have a commercial mindset and the ability to gain trust and credibility from C-level executives

  • You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English

  • You are flexible and willing to travel to client sites across Europe when necessary.

2017Introducing artificial intelligence in our product increasing our customers' conversion rates even further. We continue to grow. One of the 50 fastest growing tech companies in Sweden according to Deloitte, with a turnover of 47 MSEK and 45 employees.

2018European Commission awards Wiraya €2 million to stimulate artificial intelligence innovation in Europe. The ever growing Wiraya team moves into our new office at Stureplan.
