Heltti is looking for an Information Systems Manager to join its collaborative team and take ownership of information security, compliance, and the internal IT environment. In this role, you ensure Heltti meets the security and regulatory requirements of a modern healthcare organization while maintaining well-functioning systems and tools.
Your role with us
As an Information Systems Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Heltti’s internal IT environment with a strong focus on information security, compliance, system architecture, and the smooth operation of internal systems. Your role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring that technology effectively supports daily operations across the organization.
You will work closely with Heltti’s digital team and software developers while collaborating with various external partners providing infrastructure, SaaS tools, and IT services. In addition, you will lead IT-related development initiatives and projects, helping the organization improve internal systems, integrations, and ways of working.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Security & Compliance: Co-lead the development of Heltti’s ISMS together with the Compliance Specialist and act as the technical point of contact for data privacy topics
- Vendor Management: Oversee external IT support and SaaS partners, ensuring services meet Heltti’s operational and security requirements
- Digital Transformation: Identify and implement AI-driven workflows and automation to reduce administrative burden and improve efficiency across the organization
- System Architecture: Maintain the integration landscape and ensure systems communicate efficiently through APIs and secure data transfer
- Project Leadership: Lead IT procurement and implementation projects from planning and vendor selection to deployment and go-live

Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Information Systems or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT, information systems, or similar roles
- Practical experience with information security frameworks and risk assessment
- Experience working in a regulated environment such as healthcare, finance, or similar
- Familiarity with cloud environments, system administration, integrations, and modern IT environments
- A full working proficiency in English; Finnish language skills are considered a strong advantage
Considered an asset:
- Experience with security standards such as ISO 27001 or similar frameworks
- Experience working with SaaS environments and vendor ecosystems
- Interest in developing internal tools, automations, or AI-assisted workflows

Practicalities:
This is a full-time and permanent position, and you will be employed directly by Heltti. The starting date is as soon as possible. Heltti’s office is located in central Helsinki, and the team works in a flexible hybrid model with a mutual weekly office day. Salary in this position is approximately 4800-5500 €/month, depending on your experience.
