To support this transformation, we are now looking for a highly motivated Customer Analytics Analyst with focus on CRM to join our team.

By analyzing customer behavior and engagement across the guest journey, you generate insights that support customer value performance, retention and more relevant communication across CRM channels.

You enjoy working in a cross functional environment where analytics supports both strategic decision making and operational activation. You collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into analytical insights.

At Scandic, customer data is structured and analyzed in our Customer Data Analytics Domain in Snowflake, visualized through Power BI, and used to support decision making and activation across our MarTech platforms, mainly Salesforce today.

Your key responsibilities will include;

Customer Analytics & Insights

  • Utilize SQL, R, Python (or equivalent languages) to conduct data analyses, predictive models such as churn prediction, customer lifetime value and behavioral segmentation, and perform statistical analyses aimed at optimizing the customer journey and supporting business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau, providing insights into customer behaviors, performance and engagement trends.
  • Support the development of analytical models such as churn prediction, customer lifetime value and value segmentation to ensure they serve their purpose.
  • Translate customer data and performance into actionable insights through analysis, and reporting that enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions regarding CRM, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with peers within the CRM & Marketing Automation team as well as collaborating across commercial departments, to integrate customer analytics into broader company strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Support the connection between analytics and activation by ensuring that insights, segments and analytical outputs can be used in CRM platforms such as Salesforce Data360, and Marketing Cloud to enable data-driven personalization and customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer data within Scandic’s Customer Data Analytics Domain in Snowflake, create visualizations in Power BI, and ensure insights and segments can support CRM activation and data-driven personalization.
  • Analyze, and create visualization in Scandic’s operational customer database (Data360) Tableau view to enable activation in MarTech systems.

Skills & Requirements

Experiences you bring and share with us

  • A degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets and complex data models.
  • Knowledge of R, Python or similar programming languages is considered a plus.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience in building dashboards, and making analysis of predictive models such as churn prediction, customer lifetime value and value segmentation, CRM or customer data.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to communicate data insights to different stakeholders within business and IT.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar analytics or data-focused role.

This is a full-time position within Scandic Group’s CRM & Marketing Automation team in the Customer Engagement department. You will report to Heléne Wallin, Head of CRM & Marketing Automation.
