As a Store Manager, you play a key role in leading and developing Nelly’s Flagship Store in Copenhagen – both when it comes to improving ways of working and in the daily operations. You have full people responsibility and lead an engaged team that shares your passion for fashion and customer experience. Scheduling and planning are a natural part of your day-to-day work. With a strong focus on customer experience and clear direction from store and company goals, you lead your team to drive the business forward. Together with your team, you create a store where every customer has a memorable experience. You set the tone – a vibrant fashion destination where every day feels like an inspiring fashion moment and the customer is always at the center.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead and take overall responsibility for the store together with the store management team, covering daily operations, sales performance, stock management, and team leadership
• Take ownership of sales performance and ensure the store achieves and follows up on its targets
• Overall store responsibility (ensuring execution of campaigns, visual merchandising, assortment, etc.)
• Coaching and motivating the team in daily work
• Staff scheduling, planning, and cost follow-up
• People responsibility, including recruitment, work environment, and employee development
• Combining time on the shop floor with administrative responsibilities
