Senior IAM Architect

Terveystalo is looking for an experienced Senior IAM Architect to join our Compliance & Security team securing digital healthcare services.
In this role, you will take a key part in designing and developing secure identity and access management solutions, supporting both business operations and regulatory requirements.
What you will do:
- Take ownership of our IGA and CIAM solutions and drive their development with 3rd party vendors
- Design and evolve IGA and CIAM capabilities
- Be responsible for authentication and authorization and user lifecycle models
- Make sure that IGA and CIAM platforms are integrated for comprehensive data architecture within IAM
- Work with IT, security and business stakeholders to define access models that are practical and compliant
- Make sure IAM solutions align with security, risk management and compliance requirements
- Provide guidance within the IAM domain and support projects and other teams when needed
- Stay up to date with developments in the IAM space and bring relevant improvements into use
What we are looking for?
- Several years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
- Good understanding of identity governance, authentication and authorization concepts and standards both on IGA and CIAM side
- Experience working with IGA and CIAM platforms in complex environments
- Experience with hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises)
- Solid understanding of information security, risk management and regulatory requirements
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders in Finnish and in English
- An architectural mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture beyond individual implementations
- Capability to produce and maintain documentation for IAM
