The role:

Sectra is embarking on a journey to lead PACS replacement projects across Canada. We aim to revolutionize healthcare imaging solutions across regions and provinces, leveraging Sectra's cutting-edge technology and expertise to enhance patient care and streamline medical workflows. As Project Manger, you will play a pivotal role in driving the planning, execution, and success of this monumental project, contributing to Sectra's commitment to excellence and innovation in healthcare IT solutions. We are hiring for multiple positions based in Montreal QC and Vancouver BC.

  • Lead and drive the planning and implementation of multiple large-scale complex projects
  • Direct multiple team sprints including sprint planning, daily standups, managing the Jira agile/scrum sprint board and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement, task prioritization, progress tracking, cross-functional collaboration, and timely delivery.
  • Manage customer expectations at project and key stakeholder level
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans and timelines to keep your projects in scope, on budget and on time
  • Assess risks to project time, quality and scope, and develop contingencies/ mitigation strategies with project stakeholders and escalate as necessary
  • Manage personnel budget including revenue recognition and invoicing in coordination with Finance team
  • Ensure all required project documentation is kept up to date
  • Travel to customer sites in Canada as needed (up to 25% depending on business needs)
  • Uphold Sectra’s reputation as “Best in KLAS” for #1 in customer satisfaction

  • Diriger et piloter la planification et la mise en œuvre de multiples projets complexes de grande envergure
  • Diriger plusieurs sprints d'équipe, incluant la planification des sprints, les mêlées quotidiennes (daily standups), la gestion du tableau de bord agile/scrum Jira et les rétrospectives afin d'assurer une amélioration continue, la priorisation des tâches, le suivi de l'avancement, la collaboration interfonctionnelle et la livraison dans les délais.
  • Gérer les attentes des clients au niveau des projets et des principales parties prenantes
  • Définir les tâches du projet et les besoins en ressources
  • Élaborer des plans de projet complets et des échéanciers afin de maintenir les projets dans leur portée, leur budget et les délais prévus
  • Évaluer les risques liés aux délais, à la qualité et à la portée des projets, et développer des plans de contingence et des stratégies d’atténuation avec les parties prenantes, en escaladant au besoin
  • Gérer les budgets liés au personnel de projet, incluant la reconnaissance des revenus et la facturation, en collaboration avec l’équipe des finances
  • Veiller à ce que toute la documentation requise du projet soit tenue à jour
  • Se déplacer chez les clients à travers le Canada au besoin (jusqu’à 25 %, selon les besoins de l’entreprise)

Skills & Requirements

So are you a fit?

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in French and English.
  • 5 years of experience in a project manager capacity.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience managing large, multi-facility, healthcare enterprise information technology projects.
  • Experience working in complex IT environments.
  • A degree in business or a related industry discipline, or equivalent.
  • Also nice to have:
    • Experience with PACS/Radiology/DICOM HL7.
    • Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Our salary range for this role falls between $90,600.00 and $132,400.00. The final salary offer will depend on several key factors, including the candidate's level of experience, their specific skill set, and the overall alignment with the job requirements. Other considerations may include the candidate’s education, certifications, and any additional relevant qualifications. We aim to offer a competitive salary that reflects the value each individual brings to our team.
