What We Offer
As Tech Lead, you will be the driving force behind our Martech development from a technical perspective. You will own the technical package for systems and applications within marketing, CRM, and connected customer-facing solutions, ensuring development follows established processes, architectural principles, and quality standards.
You will contribute to Kappahl’s continued expansion and digitalization journey by securing technical stability, scalability, and long-term sustainability. The role combines strategic and hands-on responsibilities, including architecture, lifecycle management, technical analysis, testing, and incident handling.
You will work closely with application leads, product owners, architects, stakeholders, and external partners to support well-informed decisions and high-quality technical solutions.
