Supply Chain Development Manager

As Supply Chain Development Manager, you will strengthen our global flow by developing key outbound, IT and analytical processes. You will enhance core systems, elevate reporting quality and support HQ‑led initiatives, while remaining closely involved in daily operational activities. You will also lead and develop a team of two, fostering collaboration, growth and consistent performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Supply Chain Development Manager, your main contribution will be to drive digital and operational development of our Supply Chain. You will ensure high quality reporting and performance transparency across the organization by:

  • Driving digital and operational development that secures high‑quality reporting and full performance transparency
  • Leading data and AI‑driven process optimization to transform manual workflows into scalable, efficient solutions
  • Overseeing the day-to-day execution of B2B Outbound processes and ensuring high-quality reporting and analysis
  • Leading and developing the SC Planner Outbound and SC Analyst, ensuring clear delegation, balanced workloads and continuous growth
  • Advancing the Supply Chain IT roadmap by improving processes across ERP, WMS and BI systems
  • Overseeing key reporting frameworks, including outbound cost, warehouse performance, quarterly SC reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Monitoring and steering core KPIs to strengthen transparency, follow‑up and ongoing improvement
  • Leading or supporting cross‑functional projects such as launches, new store openings, IT implementations and fulfilment optimization
  • Contributing to outbound sustainability initiatives and long‑term environmental goals
  • Collaborating with SC Inbound, Commercial, Finance and Buying & Planning to optimize intercompany flows
  • Supporting the SC Manager EMEA with operational and strategic tasks

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

  • Experience with data‑ and AI‑driven processes
  • Solid experience in supply chain operations and process improvements, ideally in global environments
  • Strong IT and systems capability; ERP and/or BI super‑user experience is a plus (e.g., D365, Dispatcher WMS, Centric PLM, QlikView, Power BI)
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business or a related field
  • Minimum three years’ experience in logistics, supply chain management or business controlling
  • Leadership or managerial experience is meriting
  • Experience from retail, fashion or international business models is beneficial
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
