
Lantmännen Cerealia is now looking for a Category Manager Grain to join our sourcing function and lead one of our key categories across countries and business areas. This is a role with both strategic and operational dimensions, with a strong focus on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and supplier development.
This is what you will do
Grain is really the core for Lantmännen Cerealia and it will take a deep knowledge of grain and the grainmarket to be able to understand and drive this category forward. You will take the lead in planning and executing strategic sourcing projects, identifying savings opportunities, improving supplier performance, and supporting sustainability and decarbonization goals.
The role includes developing strong internal partnerships with stakeholders across countries and functions to ensure alignment with business needs. You will lead supplier negotiations and contract processes, manage risk and compliance, and actively monitor market developments.
You report to the Head of Sourcing and are part of the sourcing management team. The position is based in Malmö or Stockholm.
