Searching for a well-rounded Help Desk team member here in the greater Nashville area.This individual will be joining a multifaceted team who are passionate about upcoming initiatives within the company.This person will need to have strong customer service skills with great written and verbal communication.Our client is searching for an individual with experience in Windows, VPN Browsers and has basic troubleshooting abilities.This is an exciting opportunity that will allow the new team member a chance to gain knowledge about new technologies and assist on a talented team.
Skills and Requirements –
4+ years of call center or help desk experiencePassword Rest Experience (Metropolis uses Jump Cloud)Knowledge of Windows, VPN browsersExperience installing printersBasic trouble shooting skillsExtremely sufficient in typingInterpersonal communicator with customer service skillsHighly organized and resourceful, must have the ability to create and maintain systems to leverage knowledge and available information.Possess the ability to satisfy the customer as well as fix the problem.Uses proper grammar and communication
Desired Skills:Google, Google drive, Gmail experienceExperience with OktaJira ticketing system experience Additional Notes:30-50 tickets per day via phone or email no chat functionHas to be comfortable working with difficult personalities or under stressJira Ticketing systemUsually all internal employeesMost common tickets they will see are profile maintenance/ login issuesThis is a call center environmentMetric drivenSome project work
