Main goal

The Digital Platforms unit is responsible for developing, managing and coordinating UEFA’s non-live digital programming strategy and content distribution across all digital channels, ensuring a coherent, engaged and high-quality digital presence.

The EURO Digital Content Operations Coordinator supports the Digital Platforms team by coordinating the tools, processes, production logistics and partner workflows required to deliver digital content across UEFA’s website, app and social media channels in the lead-up to and during UEFA EURO 2028.

Key responsibilities

Content & Production Coordination

  • Coordinating all digital content requirements with Live Production and Editorial Services to ensure seamless delivery across all platforms
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of video and editorial output, ensuring assets meet the Digital Platforms unit’s standards
  • Maintaining editorial calendars, production schedules and documentation to support efficient workflows

Sponsor & Partner Content Delivery

  • Coordinating production of sponsor-related content including communicating needs with Commercial Operations and Production teams
  • Ensuring sponsor assets are planned, captured, delivered and approved according to digital guidelines and contractual requirements
  • Managing external requests, deadlines and delivery milestones

Budget, Procurement & Administration

  • Supporting budget processes and supplier management, including POs, payments, contract preparation and financial administration
  • Assisting with invoicing and payments for freelancers, agencies and external contributors

On-Site Operations

  • Overseeing on-site logistics for the Digital Platforms team, including accreditation, stadium bookings, matchday production needs and coordination with venue teams
  • Supporting the appointment, briefing and logistics of external reporters and content creators
  • Ensuring all operational requirements for matches and events are in place and executed smoothly

Supplier & Internal Stakeholder Coordination

  • Maintaining strong communication with suppliers, freelancers, partners and UEFA teams
  • Coordinating bookings, flash interview requests, matchday needs and delivery workflows
  • Supporting logistics-related RFPs and contributing to ongoing process improvements

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • From 2 to 4 years of experience in production management or production coordination, ideally involving digital content and sponsor deliverables
  • Experience in sport, media or live events preferred
  • Experience coordinating sponsor or partner deliverables would be an asset
  • Understanding of digital content workflows (video, editorial, social media) would be a plus

Languages:

  • English / Proficient
  • Additional languages an advantage

Other requirements:

- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected

- Availability to travel to match venues and work on-site during the tournament, including weekends and matchdays

- Excellent organisational, multitasking and project management skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced event environment

- Excellent attention to detail and operational mindset

- Proactive, solution driven, collaborative team player
