Main goal
Reporting to the Senior HB Venue and Operations Manager in Nyon, the EURO Broadcast Venue Manager has responsibility for the venue-related broadcast operations of the UEFA EURO 2028 venues. The position will be based in Nyon.
The role manages UEFA’s host broadcast operations and oversees and protects the interests of the unilateral broadcast partners as well as the mission of the Media Rights & Production Services sub-division. The Broadcast Venue Manager supervises the venue-based management teams and organises the venue-based multilateral and unilateral television operations.
The ideal candidate should have very good host broadcast and production experience and understand the concepts of TV broadcasting and host broadcast venue management. Experience leading broadcast operations or in a managerial role at a sporting event of a comparable size (such as UEFA EURO, FIFA World Cup or the Olympic Games) is essential. The successful candidate should be culturally sensitive, an excellent communicator, a team leader and able to manage a multinational team in a foreign environment.
