Main goal

The Access Coordinator helps the Access Team Leader to create and implement the Access Management policies and procedures for all UEFA EURO 2028 venues and pre-tournament events, such as the qualifying and final draws.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting in developing core documentation detailing access processes and procedures for all target groups and all venues
  • Supporting the preparation of flow plans, access dot plans, vertical transport routes and access control posters
  • Contributing to the creation of presentations and training materials describing access plans
  • Representing Access Management at working visits, cluster meetings and other operational meetings as required by the Access Team Leader
  • Supporting the preparation of reports and debriefs in line with guidelines and agreed deadlines
  • Assisting with the preparation and implementation of directional signage for UEFA EURO 2028 match venues and for the qualifying and final draws
  • Collaborating with UEFA EURO 2028 project stakeholders to agree on and deliver shared project milestones
  • Supporting the set-up of the electronic access control system for UEFA EURO 2028
  • Contributing to the delivery of the Nations League finals 2027 and the UEFA EURO 2028 qualifying and final draws, and potentially assisting with other UEFA events

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • 3 or more years of experience in event or sports management (preferably access or venue management)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project management

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in event, sports or project management

Languages:

  • English / proficient

Other requirements:

  • Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Focus and attention to detail
  • Conscientious and meticulous working style
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
