Our Real Estate portfolio includes leading marketplaces such as FINN, Oikotie, Qasa and HomeQ. More than 250 real estate specialists work across the Nordics from our offices in Oslo, Stockholm and Helsinki — alongside colleagues from Vend’s other marketplace verticals.

The real estate market is changing fast. Technology - including AI - is changing how homes are discovered, marketed and valued. Buyer and seller expectations are evolving, and so are the opportunities for marketplaces like ours.
Across FINN, Oikotie, Qasa and HomeQ, we are developing the next generation of marketplace services. As our products evolve, our pricing and business models must evolve with them.
That’s where you come in.
Pricing and value capture are becoming even more important as we introduce new services, new tools and new ways of creating value for agents, homeowners and homeseekers. We need someone who can help us rethink how we package, price and monetize our offerings across markets - balancing growth, competitiveness and profitability.
As Senior Pricing Manager, you will work on both strategic initiatives and concrete commercial improvements - from refining existing pricing structures to shaping pricing models for new products and launches.
You will join the Real Estate Strategy & Communications team and report to the Strategy & Communications Director for the Real Estate vertical. The role sits close to decision-making and gives you broad exposure across markets and functions.
