Main goal

A behind-the-scenes role that empowers EURO 2028 colleagues to work seamlessly. At the heart of the tournament’s ICT operations, you design and enable a secure, consistent and efficient digital workplace across all venues.

Key responsibilities

Planning stage (2026-2027):

  • Help to implement workplace service standards, methodologies and governance for UEFA EURO 2028 in line with UEFA ICT policies;
  • Act as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for workplace services, including end-user devices, collaboration tools, accounts and licenses;
  • Plan and design the end-user environment (devices, applications, connectivity and workplace tools) across tournament sites;
  • Ensure workplace readiness across EURO 2028 venues and campus by coordinating with project teams and anticipating stakeholder requirements;

Delivery (2028):

  • Ensure deployment, availability and continuity of workplace services across venues and the EURO 2028 Campus;
  • Coordinate with ICT Onsite Operations team to ensure efficient provisioning, configuration and incident resolution while acting as escalation point during match days;

Dismantling & Debrief (Post Event):

  • Oversee the decommissioning of workplace environments, including account cleanup, license management and asset decommissioning;
  • Deliver final workplace reports and document lessons learned and best practices for future tournaments.

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in ICT Workplace or End-User Services in a complex, international environment

Education:

  • Technical IT diploma
  • Higher education or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
  • Certifications in Workplace Services, IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL), or Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are an asset

Languages:

  • English / Proficient
  • French or any other European language is a plus

Other requirements:

- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected

- Experience with endpoint management and enterprise mobility platforms (Microsoft Intune, EMM solutions), including device provisioning and OS imaging

- Experience with enterprise workplace and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint)

- Knowledge of operating systems and endpoint environments (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)

- Experience with IT Service Management tools and processes (e.g., ServiceNow, ITIL)

- Knowledge of ICT service delivery, workplace governance, and asset lifecycle management
