About the position
We are now searching for an experienced SAP Architect to join our Digital organisation.
As an SAP Architect at Oriola, you play a central role in our strategic transformation to modernise core systems and harmonise operations across Finland and Sweden. You ensure that the SAP landscape is architecturally sound, scalable, and aligned with long‑term business goals as Oriola moves to a unified SAP S/4HANA‑based platform. The role combines hands‑on architectural leadership with strong governance, guiding design decisions across releases while protecting clean‑core principles.
You will join the SAP Solution Ownership team and be working closely with internal and external professionals both in business and IT. The team is collaborative, cross‑functional, and strongly business‑driven, with clear ownership on the Oriola side. This role offers real influence over one of Oriola’s most important technology transformations. The possible locations for this job are in Espoo, Finland and Stockholm/Mölnlycke, Sweden.

Personal and experience requirements
We are looking for an experienced SAP enterprise level architect who combines profound SAP experience with a strong ability to shape long-term architecture. To succeed in this role, you can see the big picture while translating complex business needs into clear, practical SAP solutions. You work confidently across business and IT, influence direction early, and bring structure and clarity to complex environments. A proactive, results-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills are essential to make a real impact.
Other requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP architecture, ideally in SAP S/4HANA and related SAP platforms
- Proven ability to design and guide target architectures that support both current needs and future growth
- Experience translating business requirements into clear, practical SAP solutions
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and complex system landscapes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business, IT, and external partners, and influence decisions early
- Structured, analytical, and proactive working style with a strong results focus
