We are currently hiring Senior Account Manager to be based in Haywards.

Your mission at Epassi

As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the strategic partner and primary commercial owner for a portfolio of high-value customers across the Epassi and Zest portfolios. Sitting at the intersection of customer success, commercial strategy and solution consultancy, you will work closely with HR Leaders and Benefits Teams to ensure their corporate and people strategies are realised through effective utilisation of our product suite. You will drive long-term retention and revenue growth, lead renewal and expansion processes, and champion customer needs internally to influence both service delivery and product development.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Owning a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, retention and revenue growth through proactive senior-level engagement
  • Leading tailored demonstrations of the Zest technology platform, identifying adoption gaps and driving platform usage, engagement and ROI
  • Engaging deeply with customers to understand their organisational objectives and translating insights into clear solution recommendations across Epassi and Zest
  • Building and maintaining comprehensive account plans focused on long-term growth, expansion and multi-year value
  • Leading renewal processes with a strategic lens on value and risk, negotiating commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Identifying and prioritising high-value opportunities within your portfolio and executing targeted prospecting to uncover additional revenue streams
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing and operations to deliver seamless customer experiences

You'll be successful in this role if you:

  • Consistently deliver against revenue retention and growth targets across your portfolio
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders that translate into commercial outcomes
  • Increase platform adoption and benefit engagement across your customer base
  • Bring a consultative, data-led approach that connects product value to measurable workforce impact
  • Maintain accurate and insightful CRM data that supports forecasting and organisational alignment
  • Navigate complex renewal and expansion conversations with confidence and commercial judgment

What you'll be doing (daily):

  • Managing your account portfolio through a structured cadence of calls, meetings and business reviews with senior stakeholders
  • Preparing and delivering tailored platform demonstrations and executive-level presentations
  • Identifying adoption gaps and working with customers to increase engagement and platform utilisation
  • Maintaining and updating account plans, pipeline data and CRM records in line with forecasting needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, share market feedback and align on account strategy
  • Prospecting within existing accounts to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Supporting customers through objection handling, decision processes and adoption barriers

What you should bring:

  • Demonstrated success in Account Management, Customer Success or a similar partnership-focused commercial role
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • CRM proficiency, ideally with Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent
  • Comfortable working in matrixed, cross-functional team structures

Your language profile:

  • English - fluent, both oral and written (mandatory)
  • Additional languages relevant to the market are a plus

Your track record:

  • Proven experience managing and growing a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex renewal and expansion negotiations to successful outcomes
  • Track record of driving technology adoption and delivering measurable ROI for customers
  • Experience presenting to and influencing C-suite or senior HR leadership
  • History of maintaining high customer satisfaction while consistently delivering against commercial targets

  • Cross-functional collaboration: You are a natural team player who works seamlessly across sales, marketing and operations, bringing colleagues along to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
