We are currently hiring an Account Executive to be based in Amsterdam.

Your mission at Epassi

As an Account Executive at Alleo, you will be a key driver of our commercial growth in the Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam, you will take full ownership of the sales process from identifying and creating new opportunities to closing deals and building lasting relationships with clients. You will work closely with internal teams to share market insights and help shape the way we grow within your customer segment. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, consultative sales environment.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity creation through to closing new business
  • Building and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders at senior level
  • Acting as the voice of the market internally — sharing valuable insights and feedback with marketing, product, and other relevant teams
  • Contributing to the growth of your customer segment by creating community and sharing knowledge
  • Structuring and managing your pipeline using our sales tools, including HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn

You'll be successful in this role if you:

  • Consistently meet and exceed your sales targets with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
  • Build a strong network within your segment and convert relationships into revenue
  • Bring market intelligence back into the business in a structured and actionable way
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing and internal teams to maximise your impact
  • Represent Alleo with confidence and enthusiasm in front of senior decision-makers

What you'll be doing (daily):

  • Prospecting and reaching out to potential clients via LinkedIn, Apollo, and other channels
  • Managing your pipeline in HubSpot, keeping opportunities up to date and prioritized
  • Conducting discovery calls, product presentations, and negotiations with prospects
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to leverage available content and campaigns
  • Gathering and sharing market feedback with internal departments
  • Attending client meetings and industry events — travel within the region is part of the role

What you should bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a consultative selling environment
  • A network within finance or HR is a strong advantage
  • The ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player
  • Experience working with CRM tools and strong proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required

Your language profile:

  • Dutch on excellent command, both oral and written (mandatory)
  • English on excellent command, both oral and written (mandatory)

Your track record:

  • Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles end-to-end, from first contact to close
  • A proven ability to build and leverage a senior-level network to drive business outcomes
  • Track record of working cross-functionally and feeding market insights back into the organization
