
We’re looking for a Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team in Iasi, Romania. In this role you will play a key role in keeping our HR operations audit-ready, data-driven and running smoothly. You’ll coordinate HR’s end-to-end audit readiness and sessions, support compliance training execution, and ensure accurate data and input packs for leadership and OPS reviews.
Alongside this, you’ll provide hands-on service delivery support to Business HRs, helping with tracking, reporting, document preparation and operational admin that keeps everyday HR work moving.
This is a delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys working with data and details, but also understands the bigger picture across the employee lifecycle and HR processes. If you like turning complex information into clear, reliable outputs and spotting risks before they become issues, this role is for you.
What you will be responsible for
HR audits
•Coordinate HR participation in external, internal and security audits
•Translate audit requirements into clear actions for HR process owners
•Track evidence, deadlines and follow-up actions
•Prepare structured, end-to-end HR process narratives for audit sessions
•Maintain audit logs and support closure of findings and non-conformities
•Ensure HR is audit-ready year-round, not only during audit peaks
Service delivery support for Business HRs
Provide hands-on operational and administrative support to Business HRs including for example:
• Create employee engagement survey summaries and presentation materials
• Perform HR system administration for selected people processes
• Create employee recognition materials
• Track recruitment start dates, highlight delays and flag risks
• Update monthly forecasts in some labour cost areas
• Create HR system reports as needed
• Support HR projects as a project assistant as per need.
Compliance, reporting and HR policies
• Support planning and execution of mandatory compliance trainings by coordinating pre‑launch preparations with content and policy owners ensuring timelines and materials are aligned and ready for release
• Support preparation of HR KPI inputs and materials for leadership and OPS reviews by collecting monthly metrics and milestone updates from data and process owners, validating data quality, and integrating the information into OPS review slide packs and short narrative summaries.
• Coordinate policy governance routines, including tracking policy reviews and approvals. Keep the policy register up to date and monitor upcoming policy expirations.
• Help maintain and update the HR Operational Plan.
What we are looking for
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services, HR compliance, audit support or similar roles
• Experience working with audits, compliance processes or regulated environments is a strong plus
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse HR data and spot risks, gaps and trends
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to see both the details and the big picture across HR processes
• Comfortable creating summaries, trackers and presentations from complex or incomplete data
• Strong Excel skills and good PowerPoint skills
• Experience with HR systems and reporting
• Structured, proactive and deadline-driven
• Clear communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders across several countries
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Fluent in English
