This position supports a variety of administrative, recruiting and project support to the Talent Acquisition team.
This individual can be assigned to support corporate or operational recruiting teams and divisions.
Supports sourcing and selection processing activities, including:
Collecting, entering, and maintaining new hire data
Scheduling pre-placement testing/assessment dates and interviews
Collecting, validating, and processing employment-related information for new hires (excludes benefit or payroll processing); activities may include record setup, I-9 processing, license verification, criminal background checks, medical clearance review, fingerprinting, and validation of documentation

Talent Acquisition knowledge and/or relevant work experience
Up to 30% travel as necessary
Ability to build trust and build strong relationships with recruiters, candidates, and partners throughout the recruitment process
Experience meeting deadlines and priorities efficiently
Ability to identify potential challenges and take initiative to address issues before they arise
Ability to manage scheduling, applicant tracking system updates, and recruitment documentation accurately
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
