Main goal

Working closely with the Concessions & Catering Manager, the Concessions & Catering Coordinator will contribute to the planning and operational implementation of all non-hospitality catering services delivered within the nine host stadiums of UEFA EURO 2028 in the UK and Ireland. These services include workforce catering, teams and match officials catering, media cafe services and F&B concessions.
In addition, as part of the wider hospitality production team, the Concessions & Catering Coordinator will support the delivery of catering services for selected annual UEFA club competition finals and the UEFA Nations League finals.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the development of concession and catering service guidelines
  • Participating in working visits to stadiums and providing detailed reports
  • Evaluating existing concessions and stadium catering facilities and identifying areas of improvement
  • Managing contracted suppliers to ensure delivery of all agreed services
  • Coordinating with F&B commercial partners to ensure delivery of their contractual rights
  • Handling project administration – processing contracts, invoicing, reporting
  • Creating training materials and delivering training sessions to on-site teams
  • Leading a cluster of on-site concessions and catering teams during the tournament to ensure successful implementation of all catering programmes
  • Leading the planning and delivery of catering programmes for selected club competition finals and UEFA Nations League finals

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • from 4 to 6 years of experience planning and delivering catering projects at large-scale events
  • from 4 to 6 years of experience managing event teams, suppliers and volunteers at large-scale events
  • from 4 to 6 years of experience in food and beverage concessions industry at football stadiums is an asset

Languages:

  • English / proficient

Other requirements:

  • Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
  • MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Well organised, self-driven and proactive
  • Willing to travel
