Now you have the opportunity to make an impact in the big leagues as our new Account Manager in a global setting that offers procurement analytics SaaS solutions to customers like Swarovski, On Running, Biscuit International, Autoliv and many others!

Ready to be at the top of your career? As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Have the commercial and contractual ownership of dedicated accounts. You will be leading your own client cluster to drive client success.
  • Manage a portfolio of about 25 customers. You will ensure the customers are happy but also focus on where the highest value is.
  • Have ownership of your accounts from upsales and retention perspectives.
  • Drive our growth by ensuring that we meet and go beyond our clients’ expectations as well as grow their use of our solutions.
  • Guide CxO’s and super users in their decision-making.
  • Be supported by your team members and other professionals of Sievo. And don't worry, it's not all just hard work - we also expect you to know how to relax!

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience managing six-figure solution sales and enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders in a B2B context.
  • Strong drive to create tangible results within your customer portfolio, as well as capabilities to identify and drive upsales and cross sales while making sure retention is taken into consideration.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and excellent presentation skills. You have the capability to convince senior stakeholders especially in Procurement, but also in IT, ESG and Finance functions.
  • You know how to build great and long-lasting relationships with global clients and thrive to exceed client expectations. You treat your clients in a way you would like to be treated yourself.
  • Ability to stay ahead across a portfolio of accounts, balance competing priorities and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • You are tech-savvy and quick to learn how to use new software and technologies – you’re able to transform that knowledge to solution proposals for your customers.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 30 days a year) and join us at the office in Helsinki city centre at least 1-2 days per week.

What we also appreciate:

  • Prior experience or understanding of procurement and supply chain as the context we operate in would help you make a flying start!
  • We work in English, but ability to hold discussions in other languages, such as French or German, is considered as an advantage.

This is a full-time position, and the salary model consists of base salary and commission. The base salary ranges between 3900-4900 €/month depending on previous experience. With commission, the OTE may reach approximately 64-77k €/year.

Sievo has a hybrid working model and candidate is expected to be based in the Helsinki metropolitan area (or nearby).
