We are now looking for a French Travel Consultant to join our on-site team in our office in France. In this walk-in consultant role, you will welcome and assist clients in person and support them through various channels with their travel plans.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients in person at our local travel office
- Handle phone calls, emails, and chats as the first point of contact
- Identify and maximize every sales opportunity
- Provide high-quality, friendly, and professional customer service
- Ensure every client interaction is handled effectively and politely

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent French speaker (C2 level, written and spoken)
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level, written and spoken)
- Solid customer service experience (preferably in the tourism or travel industry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and results-driven

- Office hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
- Closed on weekends
