Newsec is now looking for an Associate to join their growing Investment Management team in Helsinki. Kickstart or further develop your early-career in real estate investment with one of the Nordics’ leading property experts!
Your role with us:
In this role, you’ll be part of a close-knit team managing major real estate portfolios for international investors — including one of the world’s leading alternative investment managers.
As an Associate, you’ll support the team in executing ongoing client mandates, working closely with clients and contributing to new business development through market and asset analysis and investment theme development. Your responsibilities will include investment and financial modelling, profitability analyses, real estate project modelling, and active involvement in transaction and due diligence processes.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work broadly across a diverse range of real estate asset classes and to grow professionally. We require you to have:
- A university degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment management, transactions or real estate valuation
- Excellent Excel skills and strong command of PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
- A full professional proficiency in English

Practicalities:
This is a full-time and permanent position, in which you will be employed directly to Newsec. The ideal starting date is as soon as possible. The role will be located in Helsinki, and we hope you are able to work mainly at the office. Salary in this position is EUR 5000-6500 per month (gross) depending on the level of your experience, and will be negotiated individually.
