Operations Support Specialist

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for new employee onboarding
- Coordinate and track onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
- Research and initiate contact with vendors to establish appropriate points of contact
- Build and maintain organized vendor contact databases
- Route qualified vendor contacts and opportunities to the Sales team
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency
Skills & Requirements
- Associate degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and information-gathering abilities
- Confident and professional demeanor
