About the summer job:
Innovation and continuous improvement are fundamental to our daily operations, and within Optinova we have our own Innovation Center located in Godby, Åland.
You will work with tasks such as:
- Participating in project work related to process development or machine construction
- Participating in customer development projects involving the creation of new products
- Supporting material‑specific investigations together with our polymer engineers in both internal and customer‑driven projects
- Taking part in the extrusion of various types of polymer materials
Your profile
Studies in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering (or other relevant field) at university level. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, committed, curious, and able to take responsibility for your own work. We also value problem‑solving skills and good collaboration.
This summer job is located at the Optinova Innovation Center in Åland.
At the Optinova Innovation Center, we work in both Swedish and English, so you need to have good knowledge of one, or both, of these languages.
