As a System Developer in our Stockholm headquarters, you’ll join a skilled development team working at the intersection of fashion, retail, and technology. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O and Azure integrations who is ready to take the next step and deepen their expertise in a dynamic, global environment.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior developers, testers, IT Business Partners, and teams across the company. Together, you’ll design, build, and maintain solutions that support our global operations - from purchasing and logistics to retail and finance. Our tech stack includes Dynamics 365 F&O, Azure integration services, and Azure DevOps.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As System Developer your main contribution will be to build and maintain solutions that support our global operations. You will report to the Head of System Development & Business Relations. You will play a vital role in the development team where you will:

  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions and integrations that align with our architectural and coding standards
  • Grow your craft with coaching from experienced senior developers
  • Contribute to solution design and take an active role in technical discussions
  • Write clean, structured, and well‑documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and offer constructive, thoughtful feedback
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance challenges, and technical debt
  • Partner with IT Business Partners to assess needs and estimate development efforts
  • Provide third‑line support and help diagnose production issues
  • Collaborate closely with QA to refine testing practices and shape effective test strategies
  • Highlight risks, gaps, and potential business impact throughout development
  • Continuously seek ways to improve our tools, processes, and systems
  • Share knowledge generously and contribute to a collaborative, learning‑focused culture

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

  • 1-2 years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O development (X++)
  • Experience with Azure integrations is a strong plus

  • Experience working in - or supporting - processes within retail is an advantage
  • A structured, solution‑oriented approach to work
  • Curiosity and an interest in AI, automation, and innovation
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in learning and contributing
  • Fluency in English
