Services Engineer

Hanmi Global is seeking an experienced Services Engineer to support the design, coordination, and supervision of building services across construction and infrastructure projects. The role ensures that mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems are delivered to the required standards, safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and review of MEP and building service systems
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with codes and project specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of building services
- Prepare technical reports and follow up on corrective actions
Skills & Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Experience in building services or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and prepare reports
- Good communication and coordination skills
- PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience preferred, but strong construction/engineering experience is essential.

- Transferable residency (Article 18 preferred)

- Attested degree certificate (MOFA + Embassy)
- NOC if required for transfer
