Hanmi Global is seeking an experienced MEP Inspector to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across building and infrastructure projects. The role ensures all MEP installations meet project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect MEP installations and verify compliance with codes and approved drawings
- Identify defects and issue inspection reports with corrective actions
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality workmanship
- Conduct site checks during installation, testing, and commissioning
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Experience in MEP inspection or site supervision
- Strong knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and prepare inspection reports
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience preferred, but strong construction/engineering experience is essential.

- Transferable residency (Article 18 preferred)
- Passport copy
- Attested degree certificate (MOFA + Embassy)
- NOC if required for transfer
