We are looking for a Strategy Implementation Trainee based in our Espoo office. This is a temporary position until end of March 2027, strengthening our strategy work.
Our purpose is to secure access to cleaner energy for our customers. We help them navigate the energy transition towards continuously reducing emissions. Our areas of expertise are biogas, liquefied biogas (LBG), natural gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and electricity markets. We own and operate biogas plants and an extensive network of gas filling stations in the Nordic countries. Our customers include industry and businesses that use a lot of energy as well as maritime and land transport providers.
As a Strategy Implementation Trainee you will join our new Transformation Management Office (TMO) team. The team is focusing on implementation of the Gasum strategy and is committed to support the whole organization to reach our common goals. In this role will be working together with different internal stakeholders from all of the Gasum countries and will report to Transformation Management Office Manager.
Main responsibilities in the role are:
- Assist in coordinating the transformation program and maintaining documentation and guidelines
- Collect, organize and analyze data
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance updates
- Support internal stakeholders with e.g. follow‑ups and status tracking
- Support development of TMO tools, templates, and continuous improvement activities
- Support strategy workstreams and strategy initiative development
- Contribute to governance activities
What we expect from you:
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and different systems/tools
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Interested in business transformation and organizational development
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Cooperative, proactive and energetic
- Fluency in English (Nordic language skills are an advantage)
