Main goal

The ICT Business Relationship Partner – B2B UX, Web & Apps is responsible for the strategic relationship between UEFA business units and ICT for a defined portfolio of B2B and B2C digital solutions. The role ensures these platforms deliver business value, high‑quality user experiences and operational excellence for UEFA’s internal staff and professional external stakeholders such as agencies, clubs, media and other partners.

The Business Relationship Partner acts as a UX champion and thought‑partner, helping business stakeholders, colleagues and delivery teams adopt user‑centric approaches and make evidence‑based decisions. They actively participate in product discussions, workshops, discovery activities and planning meetings to encourage clarity on user needs, promote UX best practices and raise the organisation’s overall UX maturity – while dedicated designers, researchers and the UX Lead handle execution.

Objectives

  • Champion outstanding user experience. Ensure all products are intuitive, accessible and built around the needs of their professional audiences. Promote UX maturity and partner closely with the dedicated B2B UXD service.
  • Bring measurable value to the organisation. Ensure digital products solve real problems, unlock efficiency and deliver meaningful business outcomes. Help stakeholders define success metrics and make evidence‑based decisions.
  • Build proactive, trust‑based relationships. Fully understand and anticipate stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle of a portfolio of digital solutions, including brand library, photo library, digital communities, publications, WordPress sites and other websites and mobile apps
  • Leading, organising and inspiring a team of product owners, designers, developers and agencies to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within budget
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, user feedback and technological advancements to continuously improve UEFA's digital offerings
  • Serving as the trusted point of contact for business units, gathering and clarifying requirements, prioritising features and ensuring delivery of successful product releases
  • Collaborating closely with the Data Privacy, Information Security and AI Governance functions to ensure all digital initiatives and business stakeholders comply with UEFA's policies, legal obligations and best‑practice standards

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience

  • 8+ years in product management with a focus on UX, websites and mobile applications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English / Proficient

- Strong, well‑developed understanding of UX principles, research practices and user‑centred product development

- Passion for and advocacy of user‑centric digital product development

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with an ability to motivate and guide diverse teams

- Ability to turn stakeholder needs into digital strategy, roadmaps and priorities

- Confidence in leading discussions, negotiating priorities and shaping decisions – even without formal authority.

- Proven track record of delivering digital products and measurable business results

- Proven project management skills to deliver complex projects on time and on budget
