Job Description

Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager Responsibilities:

Developing and executing a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy to facilitate project success.
Drafting and coordinating external communications with property owners and community members, including managing inquiries and tracking responses.
Keeping internal teams informed about ongoing projects to ensure smooth execution and collaboration.
Participating in project meetings, including field reviews, pre-construction discussions, and customer interactions.
Collaborating with government and community relations teams to align engagement approaches and organize public information sessions.

Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; or a high school diploma/GED with at least seven years of relevant experience.
Minimum of five years in stakeholder or community engagement, preferably within the utility industry.
Valid driver’s license and experience in handling external presentations and communication.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management principles.
