Main goal
The UEFA Marketing division is responsible for maximising interest in UEFA competitions, their audiences and their commercial value. Its main areas of activity are branding, marketing and fan engagement, commercial rights development, sales and delivery, broadcast and content production, and commercial partner services.
Reporting to the Chief of Marketing Activities, with significant exposure to the commercial leadership team, the Senior Marketing Strategy & Insights Manager holds a high-impact collaborative, strategic role and makes a visible contribution to shaping the future of UEFA’s marketing approach.
Key responsibilities
Supporting senior leadership with fact-based decision-making on marketing strategy:
Translating strategic ambition into clear change programmes:
Leading and developing the research and monitoring function that reports to the Senior Marketing Strategy & Insights Manager, setting clear priorities, standards and ways of working
Ensuring the research team consistently delivers decision-relevant insights:

- Proven experience of leading and enhancing research and insight capabilities to support senior decision-making
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability
- Excellent storytelling and executive-level communication skills
- Structured, collaborative, outcome-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity
- International mindset and experience working in global environments
- Relocation to Switzerland or neighbouring France if not already in the area
