This is what you will do

As Tax specialist, you will be part of Group Tax at Lantmännen, a key function where you will be taking responsibility to maintain and develop robust processes related to transfer pricing and tax compliance on a group level. Among other things, you will support the Lantmännen Transfer Pricing Manager in development of the global transfer pricing set-up and share the responsibility for transfer pricing documentation. You will be responsible for such key processes as country-by-country reporting and MDR reporting. You will also play a key role in the ongoing digital transformation of Lantmännen’s tax function.

Being part of Group Tax, you belong to a team consisting of five tax professionals covering different areas of taxation including corporate income tax, transfer pricing, VAT, excise duties. You will continuously collaborate with the other members of the tax team, but you will also be working together with colleagues from the other group functions, shared services and finance departments of the business areas and subsidiaries which are found in Sweden but also in over 20 other countries where Lantmännen has its operations. Working closely with key stakeholders, advising on relevant tax matters and ensuring quality and compliance, you will get unique insights in plenty of Lantmännen’s businesses throughout the entire value chain from agriculture, machinery, bioenergy, food and real estate.

The position is located at our head office in Stockholm, and you will report to the Director Group Tax.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • Two to three years of relevant work experience from either working in a similar role in-house or prior experience from working at a consultancy or audit firm with a specialization on tax, preferably transfer pricing.
  • A relevant academic degree in business or law, preferably with specialisation within tax.
  • Very strong skills in Excel and good communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.
  • Preferably experience from working with tax technology, Power BI and from using data-driven approaches in problem-solving.
