We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, highly organized Talent Acquisition & Faculty Partnerships Manager to join our fast-growing international company.
This role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, faculty relations, and speaker booking. You’ll work closely with our faculty members, book them for programs and engagements, source new experts globally, and support occasional hiring across the organization. It’s a dynamic, people-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships at scale.

What you’ll do
- Manage relationships with existing faculty members and external experts
- Book faculty and speakers for programs, events, and engagements
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new faculty members and talent globally
- Support talent acquisition needs, including sourcing and coordinating occasional job candidates
- Act as a key point of contact between faculty, internal teams, and external partners
- Coordinate schedules, contracts, and logistics related to programs and speaking engagements
- Conduct outreach, research, and market scanning to identify top talent and emerging experts
- Help shape and improve processes as the company continues to scale

- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and networks
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once
- Proven ability to assess talent and identify candidates whose skills, values, and potential align with our organizational profile, culture, and strategic needs.
- Comfortable with occasional evening or out-of-hours work due to global time zones
