Join Sectra’s Summer Internship Program and gain hands on experience across the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, and administrative HR projects that support organizational initiatives while working directly with HR and Talent Acquisition leadership.

Who You Are

  • Studying HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Analytics, or a related field
  • Interested in recruiting, people strategy, and how organizations grow
  • Comfortable working with data and drawing insights
  • Strong communicator who enjoys talking with people across teams
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects

What You’ll Do

  • Research and help design campus recruiting strategy and university partnerships
  • Build hiring dashboards and analyze workforce trends
  • Track time-to-fill, acceptance rates, and hiring performance
  • Map real employee career paths across departments
  • Conduct employee interviews and document growth journeys
  • Support long-term talent pipeline and recruiting initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Applications, Sales, and Operations leaders
