Main goal

This role will support the UEFA Academy team in creating content for their programmes, assist with the onboarding of programme participants, coordinate the UEFA Academy Insights publication and contribute to the organisation of the UEFA Academy Summit 2026.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of a well-organised, high‑quality UEFA Academy Summit 2026 in Lisbon
  • Assisting in the production and publication of UEFA Academy Insights, ensuring timely, well‑crafted content
  • Helping coordinate the onboarding of participants in several UEFA Academy programmes
  • Providing operational and administrative support before, during and after programme seminars
  • Contributing to content creation for various programmes and learning experiences

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • less than 1 year in publishing, journalism or other editorial/ comms activity would be an asset
  • less than 1 year in event organisation would be an asset

Education:

  • Bachelor's in sport management, business or public administration or a related field
  • Master's degree would be an asset

Languages:

  • English / proficient
  • French / proficient

Other requirements:

- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
