We are looking for a Senior / Principal Platform Architect to own and evolve the technical vision and architecture of our invoice automation and compliance platform.
In this role, you will design and drive the architecture of a multi-tenant SaaS platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and compliant across global markets. You will help customers streamline invoice processing, meet regulatory requirements, and stay ahead of rapidly evolving digital compliance standards.
As a senior individual contributor, you will work hands-on with product and engineering to make concrete architectural decisions and guide implementation of a high-scale, cloud-native product platform.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Product Management, and focus on hands-on architectural leadership and long-term platform evolution. This is an opportunity to shape a mission-critical SaaS product used by large global enterprises, where architectural decisions have direct and lasting impact.

Skills & Requirements
The ideal candidate combines strong system design capability with product thinking, understands customer problems deeply, and can translate them into scalable platform architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in system/product/platform architecture, with hands-on ownership of complex, distributed B2B SaaS systems
- Proven experience designing and evolving multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns, including event-driven systems, microservices, domain-driven design, data pipelines, and API ecosystems
- Experience making long-term product architecture decisions, including feature evolution, scalability, and maintainability of a platform over time
- Strong hands-on experience in cloud-native architecture – designing, building, and operating scalable solutions (AWS preferred; Azure acceptable)
- Ability to balance technical depth with pragmatic decision-making in a product environment
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in a product-led organization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills (verbal and written in English)
- Domain knowledge in finance, invoicing, document automation, ERP integration, or compliance platforms is a strong plus
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with AI tools, frameworks or applications is considered a strong asset.
