We are looking for a Chief Architect to work on the technical vision and architectural strategy for our invoice automation and compliance platform. In this role, you will define the architecture for scalable, compliant, and globally adaptable services that help customers streamline invoice processing, meet regulatory requirements, and stay ahead of rapidly evolving digital compliance standards.
As a Chief Architect (individual contributor role), you will work in close partnership with product leadership, engineering teams, and compliance experts to design a secure, future‑proof, and high‑performance ecosystem. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Product Management, dedicating yourself to technical and architectural excellence. You will have the opportunity to shape the architecture of best‑in‑class global cloud software used by the world’s largest and most demanding enterprises.

Skills & Requirements
The ideal candidate has a broad understanding of software architectures, is passionate to understand the essence of the business problem from a customer perspective, is pragmatic and solution oriented, has a strong understanding of cloud based SaaS software business, and more than anything is a team player.
- 5+ years of experience in system, product, or platform architecture, designing and governing complex, distributed enterprise-level B2B systems in a global environment. Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns, including event-driven systems, microservices, domain-driven design, data pipelines, and API ecosystems.
- Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking and business insight.
- Hands-on cloud-native application architecture –experience designing, building and operating scalable cloud solutions (e.g., AWS or Azure.) Experience with AWS services and ecosystem is highly valued, as we run our services in AWS cloud.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills (both verbal and written in English).
- Domain knowledge in finance, invoicing, document automation, ERP integration, or regulatory compliance solutions is a major plus.
- Experience with AI tools, frameworks or applications is considered a strong asset. We highly value candidates who demonstrate curiosity, a proactive mindset and a willingness to explore and incorporate AI-driven technologies into their work. We encourage growth in this area and provide opportunities for experimentation and learning.
- B.Sc or M.Sc degree in information technology, architecture, or software development fields, or comparable extensive practical experience
