You will join the Product team in Spain as a Product Owner, working closely with the Head of Product to shape the evolution of VIP District’s products.

Your mission is to bring focus, structure and customer insight into product decisions, while supporting the team through a year of significant product change and growth.

🔍 Key responsibilities

• Translate customer, business, and market insights into clear product priorities.

• Drive product discovery through customer conversations, feedback, and
  benchmarking.

• Define and prioritize product initiatives aligned with revenue and engagement
  goals.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and other stakeholders.

• Support strategic product decisions with data, analysis, and clear documentation.

• Contribute to shaping future product structures as the organisation evolves.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.

• Experience working with SaaS products in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritisation, and lifecycle
  management.

• Comfort working in evolving, startup-style organisations.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Experience with AI-driven products or interest in applied AI is a strong plus.
