We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager – Group AI Office PMO to join our team in Dubai. In this critical role, you will work directly with the Chief AI Officer and Group Technology Strategy Director to operationalize our Group-wide AI vision. You will be the engine behind our AI transformation, ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed with precision, value is realized across our diverse business divisions, and organizational change is effectively sustained.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the AI Roadmap: Lead program management for the Group AI office, coordinating complex activities to ensure the AI transformation program stays on track.
• Strategic Oversight: Monitor key AI initiatives across the group, ensuring they align with our strategic roadmap and deliver tangible business benefits.
• Governance & Reporting: Establish best-practice reporting standards, creating data-driven insights and progress updates for the Group AI Leadership Team and other senior executives.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Al-Futtaim’s diverse business divisions (Automotive, Retail, Real Estate, etc.) to champion AI adoption and manage expectations.
• Value Realization: Support the development of business cases for Group-wide AI initiatives, defining financial and non-financial impacts to ensure a value-driven approach.
• Change Management: Partner with HR and AI leadership to design frameworks for AI adoption and talent upskilling, ensuring the organization is future-ready.
