As a Growth Marketer, B2C at Epassi, your core mission is to understand why usage patterns of Epassi benefits change and which marketing actions drive results. You focus on insights, experimentation, and clear cause-and-effect thinking that helps the business grow product usage at scale.

Your impact

At Epassi, impact means outcomes. In this role, you will:

  • Increase usage of benefit and other products through data-driven insights
  • Translate marketing and platform usage data into clear hypotheses, experiments, and recommendations
  • Build and run a continuous experimentation framework together with marketing, product, and data teams.

You know you’re succeeding when usage trends improve consistently, and the organization understands why they improved.

What you’ll be doing daily

  • Design and execute growth initiatives that increase benefit usage
  • Analyse user behaviour using Epassi’s marketing, platform and mobile app data and experimentation results explaining what caused changes
  • Segment audiences and develop targeted experiments together with your marketing team colleagues
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests across the user journey
  • Collaborate closely with product, data, and marketing teams to drive long-term innovation and growth
  • Pilot new ideas, learn fast, and iterate continuously

What you should bring

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar B2C roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with marketing analytics and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Power BI
  • Proven ability to explain why results changed, and not just what changed
  • Native-level Finnish and working-proficient English
  • A proactive, collaborative, and experimental mindset
