Role Overview

This role is mainly responsible for the daily operation of Distribution Centers in the China region, covering inbound and outbound operation, inventory accuracy, repackaging line operations and completing the Nav. system entry of all key processes mentioned above.

Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will need to:

  • Coordinate routine operation on site of Distribution Centers.
  • Maintain the Navision system stock accuracy according to physical Inventory.
  • First contact person for DC's daily operations.
  • The operation and coordination of third-party suppliers cover: Warehousing; Transportation; Express delivery company.
  • Collaboration with on-site teams, including quality; Repacking; Documents Communication with other functional teams: Sales - Order and inventory status; Marketing – Packaging material & POSM Confirmation; Finance - Reconciliation, Inventory counting.
  • Nav. system Entry of Daily operation of DCs (Shanghai & South China).
  • Daily verification and confirmation of repacking results covering finished products, defected fruits, and rotten fruits.
  • Bi-weekly inventory counting and gap analysis.
  • Review and confirmation of inbound and outbound orders and transfer orders in Navision.

Skills & Requirements

Essential:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)/ Undergraduate degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in warehouse, operations, logistics, or supply chain role.
  • Familiarity with 3PL operations.
  • Basic data analysis skills.
  • Experience with SAP, NAV or relevant software.
  • Experience working on site in manufacturing, factory, cold storage will be a plus.
