General Manager Role
The General Manager will be a sales-driven, hands-on property management leader responsible for overseeing high-volume day-to-day operations. This General Manager role requires strong leasing performance, operations management, and financial oversight to drive occupancy, retention, and asset profitability.
The General Manager will lead the property team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the property is maintained at industry-standard levels.
Leading leasing strategy and driving consistent occupancy and retention
Managing property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
Overseeing vendor scopes, budgets, and vendor performance
Managing financial performance including P&L, budgeting, and reporting
Building a strong team culture and delivering exceptional resident experience
Supporting regional goals and expansion as part of a multi-property growth strategy

General Manager Background Profile
5+ years of property management experience, including leasing and operations
Proven sales success in multifamily leasing, including lease-up and stabilization
Financial management experience, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and reporting
Ability to manage vendors, scopes of work, and capital projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
