-Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
-Captures use cases, user stories and conceptual process models.
-Meets with customers to field direct requests, discuss requirements and collaborate on solution design including business process and policy related matters where applicable.
-Works with the technical team to make sure that requirements are well understood as part of the software development lifecycle e.g., requirements review, turnover, signoff.
-Develop test scripts and executes testing to ensure new products, enhancements, bug fixes, and patches function as expected and without introducing regression issues.
-Provide functional support during project release go lives, which may include occasional evening or weekend work.
-Assist with general administration, special projects, and performs other related job duties as needed.
-The ideal candidate must demonstrate keen problem solving troubleshooting ability, business systems savvy, and attention to detail.

Skills & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with users and stakeholders to understand business challenges.
• Identify root causes behind operational pain points.
• Conduct deep dive reviews of current processes and workflows.
• Recommend solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define issues and shape solution direction.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and create insight driven recommendations.
• Build process maps and documentation using Visio or Lucidchart.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of how systems and business processes function (baseline/non technical).
• Proficiency with:
o Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite
o Visio / Lucidchart for process flows
• Experience supporting or working within a technology related environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements.
• Degree flexibility—technical, business, or liberal arts degrees acceptable with demonstrated analytical experience.
