• Job Requirements for the Contractor Position (Engineers Commodity II (P2)):
• Provides technical implementation and life cycle support of various solutions in endpoint security.
• Applies IT knowledge, specialized technical experience, research, and analysis.
• Knowledgeable in common tools that support the area of expertise.
• Drives implementation and provides technical support for escalated incidents and problems.
• Monitors and reports task assignment progress and status as required and escalates risks and issues to key stakeholders.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies, tools and engineering methods that are applicable within area of responsibility and expertise.
• 3-5+ years of experience required.

• Support and troubleshooting of client-side security software
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software related issues

Required Skills

• Microsoft Intune Endpoint Security Administration.
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Management.
• Microsoft Defender Antivirus / Firewall & Disk Encryption (BitLocker) Management, Microsoft DLP Endpoint is a plus
• Operating Systems Experience
• Windows Workstation & Server, Linux, MacOS
• Troubleshooting
• Additional experience with other security products a plus.
• No specific education or certifications required – but will be considered.

Skills/experiences that are an advantage to have (but not required)

• Trellix (formerly McAfee) MNE/MDE/FRP/DLP, CrowdStrike Falcon, Service Now, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API

Position

• Works as member of the Endpoint Threat Management Administration team.

Work Location

• Work in the Lake County IL offices are preferred but the right candidate might be allowed to work remotely.
