Bergteamet AB is seeking an accomplished CEO to lead a specialised mining services business with a strong market position and an entrepreneurial culture. The next CEO will drive performance, strengthen technical capability, and ensure Bergteamet continues to deliver safe, high‑quality solutions to major customers in the Nordic countries including LKAB and Boliden.

Your role
This role requires a leader who can combine operational discipline with agility. You will set direction, build organisational capability, and ensure Bergteamet remains both commercially sharp and aligned with LKAB’s governance and long‑term ambitions.
What you will lead:
- Strategic and operational leadership of a technically advanced mining services organisation
- A culture of zero harm, behavioural safety, and continuous improvement
- Strengthening of mine engineering competence and technical excellence
- High‑value relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Delivery of strong financial, operational, and commercial results
- A Swedish organisation but with international network so great communication skills in both languages are required
What you bring
- Deep commitment to safety and experience with lean or structured operational excellence
- A proven track record leading large, complex teams with measurable success
- Strong mine engineering background and credibility in mining operations
- Ability to navigate both entrepreneurial and corporate environments, balancing agility with compliance
- Experience working with major mining companies, ideally LKAB, Boliden, or similar
- Sharp analytical capability and a results‑driven mindset
