We are looking for a Global People & Culture (P&C) Specialist to join our international P&C Shared Service Center in Helsinki, supporting HR operations across 15 countries for a fast-growing SaaS company. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and delivering insights that empower our global teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven, tech-oriented HR environment, has strong analytical skills, and is comfortable leveraging digital and AI tools to drive smarter, more efficient people’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve HR transactions and employee requests via Jira, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain, update, and audit employee data in Workday to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Coordinate payroll-related data and processes, ensuring correct and timely data flow between Workday, HR operations, and Payroll.
  • Support HR data analysis to identify trends or inconsistencies and contribute to operational improvements.
  • Administer employee benefits across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and positive employee experience.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to support data quality and operational excellence.
  • Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within the P&C SSC, leveraging automation and AI tools where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, GDPR requirements, and local employment regulations.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, analytics, or shared services (preferably in a multinational or SaaS environment).
  • Demonstrated experience with Workday or comparable ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills – advanced Excel proficiency and HR data analysis expertise.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple HR platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • High attention to detail, data accuracy, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global SaaS organization.
  • Strong proficiency in AI technologies and tools.
  • Proven experience in applying AI solutions to solve real-world business or technical challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving AI technologies.
