Are you interested in an opportunity to step into the world of business-critical IT? At Lantmännen Cerealia, we’re now looking for a Business Solution Specialist to join our team in a temporary capacity. As we prepare to lift our core ERP system M3 to the cloud, we are entering a period of change and we need your help to keep our operations running smoothly throughout this journey.

This is what you will do
As a Business Solution Specialist, you will work with a variety of operational and coordinating tasks across our application landscape, with M3 at the core. As we prepare to move our M3 environment to the cloud, your contribution will be essential in ensuring stable daily operations and driving progress in parallel with this transformation. You will work closely with the other Business Solution Specialists in the team, each with their own area of expertise. In this role, you’ll have a broad scope and provide support across the different domains, contributing where the need is greatest.
Your work may include incident resolution, coordinating infrastructure and lifecycle-related activities, and ensure that system-level tasks, for example patching and vulnerability management, are executed and followed through. You’ll also keep documentation up to date and support improvement initiatives that arise outside formal projects.
In addition to core system operations, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to our analytics environment by supporting colleagues and internal users working with business intelligence tools. This may include assisting with reporting, troubleshooting data issues, or coordinating smaller requests related to analytics.
The role offers a high degree of variety and exposure across both IT and business, giving you the chance to collaborate closely with solution specialists, infrastructure teams, and key stakeholders throughout the organization.
The role is a temporary contract for 21 months with the possibility of extension. You will be based in Stockholm or Malmö, and you will report to Manager IT Solutions.

This is what you need to succeed
You have
- Experience working with M3
- Understanding of incident management and IT coordination
- A structured and solution-oriented way of working, with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish.
- Relevant academic background or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with BI tools is a plus.
