Since then, we’ve grown consistently—expanding our product offering and entering new markets. Epassi has been recognised by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies multiple times.

We are currently hiring a Revenue Performance Insights Manager to join our Group Revenue Operations team. The position is based in either Germany, Netherlands or Finland

Your mission at Epassi

As Revenue Performance Insights Manager, you will build and drive consistent data capabilities and metric alignment across the group to deliver high-quality performance insights and strategic recommendations.

Sitting at the intersection of data, finance, and commercial strategy, you’ll produce insight-led analysis on go-to-market (GTM) effectiveness, pipeline health, forecasting quality, and revenue performance—enabling leadership to evaluate commercial execution and make informed planning and investment decisions.

Your responsibilities will be:

Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Lead group revenue reporting requirements for commercial leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Assess GTM effectiveness by analysing sales motions, channel mix, and demand generation performance vs pipeline quality and revenue outcomes
  • Enable shared measurement and metric alignment across markets (while reflecting local nuances)
  • Analyse funnel performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity across markets
  • Identify revenue risks, upside opportunities, and structural performance issues
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Track performance against targets and explain variance drivers

Revenue Planning & Forecasting

  • Inform group-wide revenue planning (capacity, pipeline coverage, productivity modelling)
  • Improve forecasting methodologies in partnership with Sales Leadership and Finance
  • Build forward-looking insights through scenario modelling and trend analysis to support target setting and assess growth plans/risks
  • Partner with Market RevOps Managers to improve forecast quality and consistency across the group

Data & Metrics Alignment

  • Lead development of trusted group reporting with the Data team
  • Partner with Data and Systems teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and metric consistency
  • Partner with Finance and Head of Revenue Operations to define and maintain standard performance KPIs
  • Ensure alignment between CRM data, financial reporting, and performance metrics; validate metric definitions within market contexts

Decision Support & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a thought partner to the Head of RevOps, CRO, and Finance, translating strategy into measurable insights
  • Support QBRs and planning cycles with insight-led narratives grounded in group strategy and market execution realities
  • Translate complex data into clear commercial stories for executive audiences
  • Influence decisions through evidence-based recommendations aligned to commercial objectives

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Deliver insights that directly shape leadership decisions, planning, and investment trade-offs
  • Establish consistent, trusted revenue reporting and KPI definitions adopted across markets
  • Improve forecast quality and group revenue predictability through better analysis and modelling
  • Build scenario-based revenue models that are actively used for target setting and growth planning
  • Are seen as a valued partner by Sales and Finance leadership (strong feedback and engagement)

What you’ll be doing (daily):

  • Producing and refining executive-ready reporting on pipeline, funnel, velocity, and performance vs target
  • Analysing GTM performance signals (channels, motions, demand gen impact) and translating them into recommendations
  • Partnering with Finance and Sales Leadership on forecasting, coverage, and capacity/productivity modelling
  • Building and maintaining scenario models and trend analyses for planning cycles
  • Working with Data/Systems teams to improve data quality, resolve discrepancies, and standardise metric definitions
  • Preparing insight narratives and materials for QBRs, leadership reviews, and planning discussions
  • Coaching stakeholders on “one version of the truth” metrics and how to use them consistently across markets

What you should bring:

  • 7–10+ years in revenue operations, commercial analytics, RevOps, FP&A, or sales operations roles
  • Proven experience in revenue forecasting, planning, and performance analysis
  • Experience working in multi-market or complex go-to-market environments
  • Strong partnership experience with Sales and Finance leadership
  • Advanced analytical and modelling skills (Excel, SQL, forecasting models)
  • Strong business acumen across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations that balance strategic intent with operational reality

Your track record

  • Building performance reporting and KPI frameworks that leaders rely on
  • Improving forecast accuracy/consistency and creating scalable forecasting cadences
  • Delivering scenario modelling that influences target setting, resourcing, or investment decisions
  • Turning complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences
  • Partnering cross-functionally to align metrics and improve data quality across systems/markets

Your competency profile

  • Commercial analytics & modelling: You build robust models and know which metrics matter for growth.
  • Strategic storytelling: You translate data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Cross-functional influence: You align Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Data around shared measures and decisions.
  • Structured problem solving: You diagnose performance drivers and design practical next steps.
  • Ownership & rigour: You build trusted reporting with strong attention to data quality and definitions.
  • Operating at scale: You can standardise across markets without losing local context.
